I appreciate Dr. Giraldo. I've been a patient of hers since she opened her own practice (25+ years). She's kind, considerate, accommodating and extremely gentle. Before Dr. G, I had a horrible dental experience. When I started going to her, the minute I would sit in her chair, I would start crying and my hands would shake. Not anymore. I've recommended many people to her and they appreciate her as much as I do!
Recently I recommended a coworker to New Dimensions Dentistry and as always she got At++++ care. Everyone in the office is soooo professional .You feel like your with family. Dr Giraldo has a gentle caring touch. I personally have been going to this dentistry for years and have always received excellent service from the time I walk in to the time I leave the office. I came here for the first time today after having a horrible experience at my previous dentist and the entire team has been such a breath of fresh air. Yenny was very helpful in assisting me to get an appt asap & filling out my paperwork, etc. Ali, was probably my favorite since I got to spend the most time with her & being so relatable, such a sweetheart! I was with Dr Gilrado for a short time but really loved the peace she brought with her. I’m excited to be a patient here after such a dragging prior experience. It seems like places these days don’t have any decorum but I definitely felt cared for in just my first visit. I’m definitely referring my friends/family over here :)
Dr. Giraldo took really good care of me. She addressed all of my concerns. Her team is so caring! I have never had a more relaxing experience at a Dental office. They have massage chairs, Netflix, calming music. I couldnt believe it
